Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the rapid escaping of a coating operation from an abnormal state by making a coating robot inoperative and outputting a signal to activate an alarm device, based on an output signal connected by a detection means which detects a vibration to be applied to a coating nozzle, when the intensity of the vibration and its persistence have exceeded a previously set value. SOLUTION: When the tip of a coating nozzle 2 comes into contact with part of a window glass W, the coating nozzle 2 which receives a drive force in the feed direction by a coating robot 1 vibrates heavily. This vibration is detected immediately by an acceleration sensor 3 and a voltage proportional to the intensity of the vibration is output to a control device 10. The control device 10 compares the detected voltage which is input to a previously set voltage, and when the detected voltage is higher than the set voltage, causes a high level signal to be output to an AND circuit 17 by a comparison means 13. When the detected output continues beyond a previously set time, the control device 10 causes the high level signal to be output to the AND circuit 17 by a comparison means 16, and thereby immediately stops the coating operation of the coating robot 1. |
