Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity to secure a new space for a device for cooling an exhaust gas by integrally assembling a heat exchanger tube for cooling the exhaust gas in the inlet duct of an electric dust collector. SOLUTION: A large number of heat exchanger tubes 3a, 3b for cooling an exhaust gas are arranged in parallel with mutual spacings and vertically to the exhaust gas passing direction from a boiler in an inlet duct part 2 of an electric dust collector main body 1. Two straightening plates 4 for straightening the exhaust gas entering into the inlet duct 2 are extended over the whole width of the inlet duct 2 on the upstream side of these heat exchanger tubes 3a, 3b. Also a belt like dispersion plate 5 for uniformly dispersing the exhaust gas are crossed and fixed over the whole width of the inlet duct part 2 on the upstream surface of the heat exchanger tube of the line positioned on the most upstream among plural heat transfer tubes 3a, 3b. Moreover, a belt like dispersion plate 5 is made to cross over the whole width of the inlet duct part 2 to be fixed, on the upstream surface of plural heat exchanger tubes as well. |
