MANUFACTURE OF SOCKET FOR GOLF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a decoration applied to a socket for golf is kept for a long period of time without peeling or wearing, and in addition, a decoration being rich in variation without requiring labor in the molding process, can be manufactured. SOLUTION: On the bottom part of an indent fitting part 5 which is formed on the surface of a socket main body 4, a decorative layer 6 wherein a decoration of optional characters and diagrams is applied, is arranged, and then, the socket main body 4 is arranged in a molding die 8 having a final outer shape of the socket. Then, in a gap 10 which is formed between the indent fitting part 5 and the internal wall surface 9 of the molding die, a transparent or semi-transparent synthetic resin is injection-molded.
