PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input individual data of the gain setting of a slave station radio machine from a master station to a slave station before an operation starts by transmitting/receiving data between a radio base station installed in a dead place at which the radio wave does not arrive and the master station and the slave station and rewriting the control operation program of a memory which the slave station incorporates by means of a computer connected to the master station. SOLUTION: The developed new program is installed into the portable personal computer and the personal computer is connected to a connector provided for the control disk of the master station 3. One or plural pertinent slave stations 5 are called, the new program is transmitted and the program of the salve station 5 is rewritten. Data is sent one byte by one by a character code in accordance with the transmission procedure of master-slave communication and malfunction is prevented by data of the other monitoring signal by using a special password. Then, data is sent back to the master station 3 for deciding whether the program content of the slave station, which is rewritten, is correct or not. Then, it is recognized on a display.
