Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the electrostatic breakdown of electronic equipment caused by static electricity applied from a gap or the like in an insulating casing. SOLUTION: A printed circuit board 6 placed near the joint (a) between a front panel 1 and a main casing 2 is provided with a conductor pattern of reference potential immediately near the joint (a) in such a way that the pattern is exposed. Preferably, solder is bonded to the exposed reference-potential conductor pattern during a solder dipping process. Because static electricity entering from a gap (a) is discharged to the exposed reference-potential conductor pattern, malfunctioning of a circuit and electrostatic breakdown of electronic parts can be prevented. Also, by allowing the discharged electric charge to quickly escape to a chassis 11 via a conductive plate 21, protection against static electricity is ensured. |
