Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the operating time required until a speech recognition response device identifies a correct answer candidate by narrowing recognition candidates containing a correct answer based on the instruction of an operator answering to an extent of an error in the recognition result of the speech recognition response device. SOLUTION: The recognition result by a speech recognition part 1 is written in a recognition result storage part 3. A confirmation candidate storage part 6 copies the information of the recognition result confirming a normal/defective condition from the recognition result storage part 3, and adds the information of necessary/ unnecessary of confirmation and the presence of confirmation processing execution to respective candidates to store them. When the error of the recognition result is indicated based on the information of the necessary/unnecessary of the confirmation and the presence of the confirmation processing execution, a correct answer candidate narrow-down part 7 calculates the similarity, confirming the normal/defective, condition referring to the HIRAGANA (cursive form of Japanese syllabary) string of the recognition result confirmed answering to its indication and the HIRAGANA string of the recognition result whose normal/defective condition isn't confirmed yet, and decides the candidate confirming the normal/defective condition according to the calculated similarity, or decides the candidate to be made a recognition subject in next time.
