Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a label which does not produce an air bubble after the label is adhered under pressure to a flexible container such as a blood bag and is subjected to sterilization treatment with high pressure steam, by using a base body which consists of a paper essentially comprising wood pulp, with a specified adhesion improving layer and a barrier layer formed on respective surfaces of the paper and by using a heat-sensitive adhesive for the adhesion improving layer. SOLUTION: This label for a medical container consists of a paper essentially comprising wood pulp, with an adhesion improving layer of 1 to 20 μm thickness containing a pigment and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one surface of the paper, and a barrier layer of 1 to 20 μm thickness on the other surface of the paper. As for the paper of the base body, a paper essentially comprising wood pulp can be used. As for the pigment used in the adhesion improving layer, inorg. pigments such as kaolin, clay, heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, calcium sulfite, gypsum, barium sulfate, aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, satin white, talc, zinc oxide, or org. pigments such as fine particles and fine hollow particles of polystyrene resin are properly selected. |
