PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the positioning of prior transfer/post transfer guides guiding a transfer material to a transfer area then, to the transfer area outside a transfer unit disposed on the transfer area, and assembly thereof. SOLUTION: In this transfer device, shield members 9b-1 and 9b-2 constructing the transfer unit are inserted, from a bottom surface of a transfer holder 40 integrally molded including wire fixing sections 41a and 41b fixing the prior transfer guide 31 and the post transfer guide 34 for instance, fixing a corona discharge wire. The assembly is completed, only by fixing the positioning this shield members 9b-1 and 9b-2, and the transfer holder 40, the assembly becomes simple, therefore the positional accuracy among the transfer unit, the prior transfer guide 31 and post transfer guide, and the accuracy of the positional relation between a corona discharge wire is respectively enhanced.
