Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an wavelength converting laser device capable of oscillating a 2nd laser beam without increasing the energy density of a 1st laser beam made incident on a parametric oscillator. SOLUTION: The laser device is provided with a laser oscillator 1 including a YAG rod 15 and an excitation lamp 18 in a 1st optical resonator 12 consisting of a 1st high reflection mirror 13 and a 1st output mirror 14 and capable of outputting a 1st laser beam and a parametric oscillator 2 for converting the 1st laser beam outputted from the 1st output mirror 14 and made incident from a 2nd high reflection mirror 21 to a 2nd optical resonator 23 into a 2nd laser beam having different wavelength and outputting the 2nd laser beam from a 2nd output mirror 22 by a non-linear optical crystal formed in the 2nd optical resonator 23 consisting of the mirrors 21, 22 and the mirror 21 is constituted so as to reflect a part of the 1st laser beam and return the reflected light to the 1st optical resonator 12. |
