Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce required energy cost enabling faster drying to the back surface of an execution body by the phased control of decompressed pressure inside a microwave oven container, in drying an amorphous refractory executed as a ceiling to a melted metal container radiating microwave in decompressed atmosphere. SOLUTION: As a refractory for the ceiling of a melted metal container 1, an amorphous refractory 2 with the major binder of hydraulic cement is executed to the thickness of 500 mm to it and in drying it, the microwave is radiated to the refractory 2 until the back surface temperature of the container 1 reaches the upper limit of nominal temperature keeping the decompressed pressure of the inside of a microwave oven container 7 to 30 to 250 Torr. Cycles of interrupting the radiation of the microwave when it reaches the upper limit of the nominal temperature, decompressing the inside of the oven container 7 to the pressure of 30 Torr or less, and restoring the pressure inside the oven container 7 to the decompressed pressure of 30 to 250 Torr and radiating the microwave when the temperature of the back surface is lower than the lower limit of the nominal temperature are repeated by the time the drying is completed. |
