Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase frictional resistance between the outer peripheral surface of a roller and a paper so as to improve a paper feed function by forming a gear of a resin material, and forming a roller main body of a hollow core part made of a resin material and a surface part including a soft material which is soft relatively more than the resin material. SOLUTION: A roller main body 2 consists of a core part 2b having a hollow part 4, and a surface part 2a formed so as to cover the surface of the core part 2b. The surface 2a is formed of a soft material which is a soft relatively more than a resin material for composing the core part 2b, a spindle 3b, and a gear 5. A thermoplastic elastomer capable of injection molding and the like are used as the soft material. The surface 2a formed of the soft material is provided, and thereby, it is possible to increase frictional resistance between the surface of the roller main body 2 and a paper comparing with the case where the surface of the roller main body 2 is formed of a resin material which is used generally.
