BACK-FILLING MATERIAL INJECTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothen the mixing of a back-filling material and facilitate the disassembling and cleaning by mounting a mortar feed pipe close to the opening part of a back-filling material injection pipe and a coagulant feed pipe having a check valve on the top end thereof in such a manner as to be dividingly attachable and detachable. SOLUTION: An injection port 4 is installed to the skin plate outer circumferential surface of the tail part of a shield machine. A vent pipe 5 is directly connected to the injection port 4. A back-filling material supplying means 10 is formed of a mortar feed pipe 11, a coagulant feed pipe 12 and a check valve, and it is connected to the vent pipe 5 in such a manner as to be removable through a maintenance window 7. The feed pipe 12 is drawn to the outside from the feed pipe 11 and independently arranged. In the injection of a back- filling material, liquids are force-fed from the feed pipes 11, 12, and mixed within the vent pipe 5, and injected to a lining part through the injection port 4. In cleaning, a pusher 2 is advanced to block the outlet of the vent pipe 5, and washing water is sent from a water passage 2a to the back-filling material supplying means 10 side to clean it. The feed pipes 11, 12 and the check valve 20 can be removed through the maintenance window 7 and cleaned.
