Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a smooth and highly reliable waterproof painted film by connecting H steels on an earth retaining wall face whose one side is opened and digged by bonding a flexible film body and spraying non-solvent type ultrahigh speed hardening two liquid type polyurethane resin on exposed faces of the H steels and a surface of the flexible film body. SOLUTION: One side of an earth retaining wall face constructed by a soil cement mixing wall construction method is opened and drilled, chaplet is done on surfaces of H steels 1 to remove floating rust and mud, and epoxy primer for steel plate is applied on the surfaces of the H steels 1 up to a root part of a separator by using a roller. After the primer is hardened, a nonwoven fabric cloth 4 is bonded between the H steels 1 and 1 by using acryl urethane adhesive 3 by overlapping it on the H steels 1 by about 50 mm on the right and left each, and an upper part of the nonwoven fabric cloth 4 is driven by a nail on a soil cement 2 to prevent its peeling. Next, non-solvent type ultrahigh speed hardening two liquid type polyurethane resin is sprayed and coated from above to below sequentially to form a smooth waterproof painted film having a thickness of 2 mm on average on the whole wall face. Since volatile solvent is not used, the environment is not polluted and the work becomes safe. |
