Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make appropriate turning on and off of a lamp in compliance with an ambient illuminance and a running environment. SOLUTION: A head lamp is turned off when an ambient illuminance is over a first level B1 and a first set time T1 has elapsed or when the ambient illuminance is over a second level B2 and a vehicle has run for the first set distance L1. Thereby the head lamp can be turned off certainly in case the vehicle is stopped immediately after it has moved from a dark place to a light, or in case the surrounding becomes light while the vehicle is at a standstill in the dark place.
