Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a tube of a flat platelike member with excellent heat conductivity or insert it between two flat platelike members, to reduce the cost and to eliminate the generation of chip or burr caused by drilling. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is composed of a pair of heat exchanging units 1, 2 provided with plugs 14, 15, 24, 25 in order to introduce and discharge a heat transfer medium at the beginning ends 13a, 23a and the center parts 13b, 23b in spiral passages, a passage partition wall plate 4 provided with a communicating hole 41 communicating the above center parts which is interposed between this pair of heat exchanging units with the opening sides of the heat exchanging unit matched each other, and a sealing member 3 of an O-ring, etc., to closely seal a gap between the passage partition wall plate 4 and the heat exchanging unit.
