Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an ion exchange process for particulate zeolites work more efficiently by dividing a fixed bed made up of particulate zeolite into a series of segments and periodically transferring the supply and drainage of a replacement solution to sequentially positioned segments one after another. SOLUTION: This plant has containers for solution replacement 1-4 with outlets 38, 39, 40, 41, 44, 45, 46, 47, connected to the inlets 15, 16, 17, 18 of the adjacent containers 1, 2, 3, 4 respectively with pieces. Each of the containers is connected to a supply line 5 for a replacement solution 28 and a drainage line 6 for a used replacement solution 29. Further, connecting lines 44-47 laid between the linkage parts with the containers 1, 2, 3, 4 and the supply line 5 and the drainage line 6 can be opened/closed using valves 19, 20, 21, 22 or 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, 12, 13, 14. Fixed beds 42 are switched to achieve the efficient operating change of the replacement solutions by periodically switching supply valves 7-10, drainage valves 11-14 and circulation valves 19-22. The replacement solution 28 is transferred using a pump 23. |
