Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the reception of a alarm for the full load of a dust collector bag by a user without peeping into the body of a vacuum cleaner during its cleaning operation. SOLUTION: An output current to be output is detected by an output current detection circuit 21 using voltage generated by a turbine generator 10. When the output current is at a lower level than a previously set reference value, a full load display ON/OFF circuit 23 is activated upon the retention of the output current at a lower level in a time constant circuit 22. Consequently, an oscillation circuit 24 for flashing LED is caused to flash and oscillate and a display LED 26 is turned on to flash by an LED driver circuit 25.
