Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating method of a sealed packaged article and a heating device for this method which can boil a packaged total unit in the inside of a vessel at an ordinary temperature, heat to a high temperature in a short time, without getting burned of a packaged unit in a packing unit, decrease hazard bursting the packaged article and improve sterilization. SOLUTION: A heating method of this sealed packaged article is provided with a first process applying irradiation of a microwave to a sealed packaged article sealing a packaged unit by a microwave permeable heat resistant packing material to increase a temperature of the packaged unit and to feed air of 100 deg.C or less toward the sealed packaged article and a second process feeding air of 140 deg.C or less toward the sealed packaged article successively to the first process.
