Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a laminated chip coil part by improving the shape of a conductor pattern so that a conductor pattern for one turn is formed on a single sheet. SOLUTION: The third-seventh sheets 12c, 12d, 12e, 12f, and 12g constitute a coil part, and a conductor pattern 18 is formed into such annular square as the center part of longer side is divided at a center line (left-right) C1. Both end parts of a division place 18a is protruded at right angle toward the inside of annular part. A tip end part of one protruded part 18b is assumed as a starting end part S, while the tip end part of the other protruded part 18c as an end part E. The protruded parts 18b and 18c are allocated in parallel with a slight interval δ, with respective tip end part protruded a center line (front-rear) C2 inside the annular part. At the end part E, via hole 2 is formed. The conductor pattern 18 of the fourth and sixth sheets 12d and 12f is in such state as the conductor pattern 18 of the third, fifth, and seventh sheets 12c, 12e, and 12g is rotated by 180 deg.. |
