RECOVERY METHOD FOR STORED SOLID WASTE AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the addition of new equipment and surely recover solid waste by draining pool water and exposing, cutting a connected wire for throwing, lifting up and recovering the solid waste container. SOLUTION: A manipulator 4 arranged in a cask 2 is hung down in a pool having drained water, a wire for throwing R is cut with a wire cutting means 42 at the tip end of the manipulator 4 and separated from a solid waste container P in exposed sate. Next, by guiding with the remote control of the manipulator 4, the hook of a hoist 41 is hooked in a suspension tool of the solid waste container P. With the operation of a lifting means 3, the solid waste container P is lifted up through a connection opening J to contain in the cask 2. Then, by transporting through a carriage room to a work room, the solid waste container P is recovered. By this, the addition of new equipment can be reduced and sure recovery becomes possible.
