Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trochoid type compressor to increase a distance between a suction port and a delivery port for gas, suppress leakage of liquid without causing difficulty in machining, and improve a compression efficiency. SOLUTION: A trochoid type gas compressor is formed such that by changing a variable space formed between outer and inner rotors effecting relative rotation, gas introduced through a suction port is compressed and compressed gas is delivered. In this case, the internal tooth of the outer rotor 1 and the external tooth of the inner rotor 2 are formed in the shape of a helical tooth having helical tooth traces which are meshable with each other, and by extending the length of a gas compression stroke, leakage is suppressed and a speed is increased. Further, the internal tooth of the outer rotor 1 is machined by electrical discharge machine. |
