Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a disk having a surface roughened by pulse laser exposure. SOLUTION: The disk 49 in a cassette 48 is roughened through disk processing stations 38, 39. A lifter 59 lifts up each disk form the cassette, and transfers it to a pick-and-place mechanism 71 to be moved to a spindle 86. The spindle is rotated, and the disk is advanced side by side, and its both sides are exposed to beams led out from a pulse laser 108. Then, the pick-and-place mechanism returns the disk to the lifter, and lowers the disk to an original cassette pocket. While the pick-and-place mechanism of one side disk processing station moves the disk, the disk in the spindle of another disk processing station is exposed to the laser beam.
