Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plot to improve the quality characteristics of a highly strong lightweight concrete molded product and facilitate its production. SOLUTION: This method for producing the highly strong lightweight concrete molded product comprises mixing a synthetic material comprising a cement, fine slag powder, and a high density superfine inorganic component with an artificial lightweight aggregate having an absolutely dried specific gravity of 0.3-0.7, adding a high performance water-reducing agent and water to the mixture, simultaneously adding fine bubbles to the mixture in a volume of 50-300 liter per m of the concrete, molding the mixture, and subsequently curing the molded product with atmospheric pressure steam. The obtained molded product has a gas dried specific gravity of 0.8-1.2. Thus, the highly strong stable lightweight concrete molded product having a high quality is obtained only by the atmospheric pressure curing process in good flowability without separating the materials from each other and without causing edge defects and cracks on the molded product. |
