Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate anti-slipping properties, soft contact feel and excellent coating film physical properties by providing a resin layer of reaction curable elastic urethane paint on a base material, and forming a convexo-concave pattern having specific frictional coefficient with resin containing adhesive resin. SOLUTION: A resin layer 2 having elasticity is formed by a method for screen printing a material of a base material 1 such as resin or metal with reaction curable elastic urethane paint sold in the market by thickening the paint and inking it by a spraying method or electrostatic painting. The resin having adhesive properties is dispersed in screen printing ink used in general to set its static frictional coefficient to 0.35 to 3.0, and a convexo-concave pattern 3 of the resin is formed. Further, adhesive resin 4 is contained in the pattern 3 to give anti-slipping properties thereto, and reaction cured by heat, curing agent or ultraviolet ray. Thus, soft contact feeding, adhesive properties and anti-slipping properties are incorporated and excellent coated film physical properties can be obtained.
