Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate legacy data base software of which support is difficult to a network system without correcting it. SOLUTION: A 'publication and reservation' model is adopted and publishers 102, 110, 116 and subscribers 104, 112, 18 are constituted so as to publish or reserve an 'event' to be a base of communication in the system. The publishers 102, 110, 116 and the subscribers 104, 112, 118 do not mutually have direct knowledge and can asynchronously execute publication and reservation by executing 'advertisement'. The subscribers 104, 112, 118 can receive an event coincident with a specified reservation reference out of published events. A data base connection part acts as a node for the transaction monitor of the legacy data base and acts as a client for hubs 106, 108, 114 in the network to execute publication or reservation.
