Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently amplify a microwave and to prevent a semiconductor amplifier element from being destroyed owing to excess input by preventing the distribution ratios of plural distributors from becoming equal and to unequally distributing inputs to plural power amplifiers so that they become uniform as much as possible in a use band. SOLUTION: A branch line 90 degrees hybrid 2a has micro strip lines with line width 2aW1 and 2aW2, and a branch line 90 degrees hybrid 2b has micro strip line width being line with 2bW1 and 2bW2. The branch line 90 degrees hybrid has the micro strip lines of line width 3aW1-3cW2. For varying the distribution ratios in such a form, a maximum loss -6.6 dB is given, for example. Consequently, 0.6 dB is improved by comparing it with the maximum loss when input is equally distributed to the plural power amplifiers, -7.2 dB, for example. |
