Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new magnetic polymer particles in which a superparamagnetic material is dispersed in superior manner and a method by which the polymer particles is surely manufactured. SOLUTION: Magnetic polymer particles contain 1-100 pts.wt. superparamagnetic material with respect to 100 pts.wt. copolymer, composed of (A) 30-99 wt.% alkyl (metha)acrylate containing a 4-20C alkyl group, (b) 1-20 wt.% unsaturated carboxylic acid, and (c) 0-69 wt.% monomer which is copolymerizable with the alkyl (metha)acrylate and unsaturated carboxylic acid and is set for a number-average particle diameter of 0.02-30 μm. In a method for manufacturing the magnetic polymer particles, a suspension is obtained by dispersing a monomer composition prepared by dispersing the superparamagnetic material in the monomer containing the alkyl (metha)acrylate at a rate of >=30 wt.% and the monomer is polymerized with the alkyl (metha) acrylate in the suspension.
