TILE PANEL AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel which improves defects such as heavy weight, a large quantity required of an adhesive, and an unfavorable cutting processing of a tile panel provided with ceramic tiles to make favorable for exterior facing. SOLUTION: Tiles 1 having a moisture-absorptive ratio of 2-7% are stuck on a base board 3 with an organic adhesive 2. Since the adhesive 2 penetrates in open pores 1b on the adhesion surface 1a of the tiles, an excellent adhesive strength is brought out. Accordingly, a backing material can be omitted and hence, the tile can be made thin and light and the adhesive can be economized. And since a softer tile than ceramic quality is used, the workability in the cutting processing is improved.
