A locking projection 5 projected from the inner surface of the end of the approximately-C-cross-section fitted part 4 is freely removably locked in the locking recess 6 of the fitting shank 3. An escape space S through which the fitting shank 3 can escape is provided over the inner surface of the main part of the fitted part 4. With the downspout supported and the fitted part 4 fitted over the fitting shank 3, the movable hook 2 is pushed toward the fixed hook 1, allowing the fitting shank 3 to escape into the escape space S, thereby unlocking the locking projection 5 form the locking recess 6.
