Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for antimicrobial/miteproof dyeing and finishing of cellulose-based yarns capable of affording the yarns with good touch of feel in the product stage after knitted/woven without impairing flexibility inherent in yarn and through surely preventing yarn entanglement and yarn breakage during the knitting/weaving process, also having highly sustainable antimicrobial/ miteproof effect. SOLUTION: Hank yarns Y are subjected to stream printing by space-dyeing method of a water-soluble liquid paste prepared by homogeneously mixing powdered tragacanth-based liquid paste, antimicrobial plant extract liquid and antimicrobial effective powder or capsules as the main ingredients, and then steamed, while left humid, under high pressures for about 30 min. Incorporation of the above water-soluble liquid paste with a washing durability reinforcing agent of pine tree extract liquid and at least one kind, as ingredient(s), selected from Houttuynia cordata, Hibiscus syriacus extract liquid, Eugenia aromatica and Picrasma quassioides further raises the aimed miteproof effect. |
