SOLUTION: A hair treating agent contains at least one kind of natural oil selected from leindotter oil and crambe oil in a base component for hair treating agents and cosmetics. The hair treating agent may contain at least one kind of polymer having film-forming ability and hair fixing property. A polymer film containing the leindotter oil or crambe oil has high resistance to moisture.
