Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control temp. of an outer surface of light emission part without feeding cooling water to a U.V. lamp by constituting a low pressure Hg lamp of one layer of tube having no protective tube, directly immersing the outer surface of light emission part of the low pressure Hg lamp into water to be treated and controlling temp. of the water to be treated. SOLUTION: Organic matters are oxidized by irradiating the water to be treated after heat exchange with U.V. rays at an oxidation tank 4, and the light emission part of the low pressure Hg lamp 5 constituted of one layer of tube having no protective tube is immersed in the water to be treated stored here. The water to be treated is adjusted temp. via two heat exchangers 2, 3 such that light emission efficiency of the low pressure Hg lamp 5 becomes highest, and is fed to the U.V. oxidation tank 4. Here since tire low pressure Hg lamp 5 is provided with one layer tube, the temp. of the water to be treated becomes nearly equal to the temp. of the outer surface of the lamp. Thus, the outer surface temp. of the temp. is exactly controlled and decomposition of the organic matters in the water to be treated is performed efficiently. |
