Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electronic device in which erroneous function of a mounted radio communication unit can be suppressed. SOLUTION: An RF amplifier incorporating a bandpass filter, i.e., a composite electronic device 10, comprises coils L11, L12 and capacitors C11-C14 constituting a band-pass filter 11, and a board 13 incorporating strip lines L21, L22, C21 and C22 constituting an RF amplitier 12. Resistors R21, R22 and a bipolar transistor Q21 constituting the RF amplifier 12 are mounted on the surface of the board 13. An external input terminal Ta, an external output terminal Tc, and ground terminals Tb, Td are provided while extending from the surface to the side face and the rear surface. The substrate 13 of the composite electronic device 10 is partially coated with a mixture 14 composed of magnetic powder and resin. The band-pass filter 11 is disposed in the substrate 13 directly under the mixture 14.
