Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMT) which can be mounted directly on a printed circuit board while containing a large number of strip lines forming the printed board. SOLUTION: The EMI filter is employed in conjunction with a printed circuit board 700 for guiding strip lines 701 in Ushaped pattern. The EMI filter comprises a ferrite body 702 having 8-shaped cross-section defining two parallel passages 708, 709. A part 710 of the printed board defines a strip line part extending in one direction included in one passage while the other part 711 of the printed board defines a strip line part extending in another direction included in the other passage.
