Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector apparatus by which a pair of connectors are completely fitted each other and at the same time a grommet is installed and by which installation work of the grommet is improved. SOLUTION: A grommet installation member 44 is installed and the member is to be engaged with a through hole 43 while the seal terminal part 46a of a grommet 46 being pushed to the outer face of a panel 42 when the grommet is inserted into the outside part of the through hole 43 of the panel 42 from outside. On the other hand, the grommet installation member 44 is held in a connector 9 in a manner that the member 44 can move in the fitting direction and when the connector 9 is inserted together with the grommet installation member 44 into the outside part of the through hole 43 of the panel 42 from the outside, the engagement of the grommet installation member 44 is released after the terminals of a terminal holder 14 are connected and completely fitted and then the grommet installation member 44 can be engaged with the through hole 43.
