Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability and low-price DC power source for pulse load with which a malfunction hardly occurs because of noises generated from a load. SOLUTION: A voltage detection circuit 27 for controlling a DC voltage is connected through a transformer 20 for voltage detection to an AC circuit part on the primary side of transformer 12 for boost, the circuit configuration of voltage detection circuit 27 is equalized with circuit configuration regarding the load side connected to the secondary side of boosting transformer 12 rather than a node connecting the transformer 20 for voltage detection and by detecting the AC voltage of AC circuit part after phase control, the DC voltage is detected.
