Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of fixing an image with a smooth surface and hardly crushing particles by stirring in a developing machine while having excellent offset resistance. SOLUTION: This compsn. essentially consists of a vinyl copolymer having styrene monomers and (meth)acrylate monomers as the main structural units. In the measurement of relaxation modulus at 160 deg.C under 450% strain, it takes 0.04 to 0.2sec from the time when the strain is added to the time when the compsn. shows 100 Pa relaxation modulus. The compsn. shows 80 to 1000N/m shear fracture energy per unit area measured at 23 deg.C and 10mm/min tensile speed.
