Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the power efficiency of an entire device by arranging a fin that forms a channel with a large heat transfer area and/or a channel for increasing Reynolds number at a low-temperature side and a fin while conflicting with a low- temperature side at a high-temperature side in a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In a coil gate fin-type heat exchanger being used for an air separation device, an entrance-side distributor D1 and an exit-side distributor D2 are arranged at both edge sides in a heat exchanger unit U of one unit constituting a main heat exchanger, at the same time, a corrugate fin F is divided into a low-temperature side and a high-temperature side, a fin F1 with a small corrugation pitch for increasing a heat exchange efficiency is arranged at the low-temperature side, and a fin F2 with a large corrugation pitch for reducing a pressure loss is arranged at the high- temperature side. More specifically, at the low-temperature side, a fin that forms a channel with a small channel section area, a channel with a large heat transfer area, or a channel indicating a high Reynolds number and has a relatively high heat exchange efficiency is arranged. On the other hand, at the hightemperature side, a fin that conflicts with that of the low-temperature side is arranged.
