Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce installation plane area of whole parking tower and, at the same time, to reduce a construction cost in a joint type mechanical car parking equipment jointing a plurality of mechanical car parking equipments and having swiveling devices for swiveling automobiles in car drive-in sections of parking devices. SOLUTION: In parking spaces S1 and S2 adjacent to each other, parking devices 2 are approached to each other and are installed by overlapping swiveling loci of automobiles of swiveling devices 3 each other on a partition wall 101 between the parking devices 2 through an opening 102 formed in the partition wall 101. While, a panel 6 is suspended upward of the opening 102 provided to the partition wall 101 by simple joint construction consisting of a bearing member including a pair of bearing arms and a connection arm, a temperature fuse or a locking pin of piston release construction to usually open the opening 102, and when a fire breaks out, the temperature fuse or the locking pin is actuated to separate the panel 6 from the bearing member, and the opening 102 is closed.
