Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution block for electic communcaiton and data technology by improving a wire passing part and a distribution block with a contact element of a simple structure to warrant sure engagement in a cable wire. SOLUTION: Connecting contacts 7, 8 using a cut clamp terminal technology are formed to a contact spring 1 placed in the inside of a modular distribution block in the distribution block and the contact spring 1 is formed with a base 3, a contact spring part 2 engaged to the base 3, a point 4 for fixing to the longitudinal direction, an opening 6 provided in a center area of the base part 3 for passing the contact spring part 2 and a hole 5 arranged in a front area of the base 3 for fixing the position of the contact spring part 2.
