Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the magnetic characteristics in a low magnetic field of a steel sheet by prescribing the grain diameter of the secondarily recrystallized grains. SOLUTION: According to experiment, by regulating the average diameter of the secondarily recrystallized grains to the range of 5 to 12mm, good magnetic characteristics can be obtd. In the case of less than 5mm, crystal grains deviated from the 111} orientation are largely contained, and they exert undesirable effect. Then, the magnetic wall distance is made narrow as the aforesaid secondarily recrystallized grain diameter is made small. Furthermore, in the case the magnetic flux density is high, the magnetic wall distance is made narrow. Thus, since it is necessary to refine the secondarily recrystallized grain diameter by narrowing the magnetic wall distance, the magnetic wall distance is regulated to 0.2 to 0.8mm, and even in this case, since good magnetic characteristics can not be obtd. in the case of low magnetic flux density, the magnetic flux density is regulated to 1.88(T) or above.
