Such a steel is excellent in mechanical properties as well as in castability, and further, molten salt corrosion resistance in the case of use in the place to be exposed to high temp. can be improved. For example, in the case of application to the fire grate of waste incineration furnace, the heat transfer tube of power generation equipment, etc., the condition of corrosion of the surface can be remarkably improved and also the necessity of strict temp. control can be obviated.
