Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of deviation wear of a magnet and prevent interference with a pseudo-signal by setting a line of the chamfering ridge to a recessed arm and conducting process with a wire saw at the time of forming the chambering are to the part between the tape sliding surface and the side surface of the internal core of each head forming a double-azimuth head. SOLUTION: A plurality of gapped bars of a laminated metal head are arranged and fixed to a processing jig 10 with the external core 7 located at the lower side and the internal core 8 to be chamfered located at the upper side. The gapped bar is fixed with inclination angle of 45 degrees and it is chamfered at a time with a wire 9. Using that the wire 9 is formed in the circular shape, the ridge line is formed in the recessed arc shape between the tape sliding surface of internal core 8 and the side surface as the result of chamfering. Therefore, inclination of gap azimuth and inclination of ridge line of internal core 8 are inverted to the inclination of the head rotating shaft and accordingly interference of pseudo-signal becomes small. |
