APPLICATION CONSTITUTION DESIGN SUPPORTING SYSTEM FOR CLIENT/SERVER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the examination of division and integration to an application for constituting a C/S system and the interface definition of the application by interactive editing by using the graphical display of a screen and to automatically output examined results and defined results to an IDL(interface defined language) file without errors without being conscious of an IDL form supported by a utilized ORB. SOLUTION: The logical relation of the application is defined on an editor 101, the interface of the application is defined by the interactive editing and definition information is stored in a repository 109. An IDL generation part 106 obtains interface definition information from an interface information management part 104 and generates the IDL file. Further, a make file generation part 107 prepares a make file by condensing a skeleton file and a stub file obtained by the compilation of the IDL file and the definition information of the logical relation of the application.
