Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize constitution by which inside mechanism parts and electric parts are hardly seen even when a light emitting frame is turned so as to perform photographing with strobe light by covering the upper end of a printed circuit board with a 1st wall part protruded from an armor member. SOLUTION: When photographing with strobe light is not performed, the light emitting frame 5 is embedded in the armor member 6 and takes 2nd posture that a stoboscopic panel 4 faces downward. When photographing with strobe light is performed, the frame 5 is turned to be erected from the member 6 so as to take 1st posture that the panel 4 faces to a subject. In such a case, the upper end of the printed circuit board 21 is covered with the 1st wall part 6a protruded from the member 6. Furthermore, a circular-arc shaped 2nd wall part 10j formed from a unit main body is arranged in the vicinity of a locus drawn when the panel 4 is turned, so that the upper end of the board 21 is covered with the wall part 10j. Since the edge of the wall part 6a is made proximate to the wall part 10j at such a time, the board 21 is not easily seen.
