IMAGE BLURRING CORRECTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a photographing action from being obstructed by making the optical axis of the emitting side of an image blurring correction device identical to a case that the image blurring correction device is not arranged when an image pickup device is used on a condition that the action of an image blurring correcting function is stopped. SOLUTION: By a CPU in a control part 17, an optical axis angle fixing device 13 is set to be a fixing release state by controlling the driving circuit 16 for the fixing device 13 when a power source on a video camera side is turned on and the video camera is started. Thereafter, when a switch for selecting an image blurring correcting function 19 is turned off, the angle of the transmitted optical axis of an optical axis angle varying device 11 is returned to a center (zero) by controlling the driving circuit 16 of the varying device 11. Then, the fixing device 13 is fixed again by controlling the driving circuit 16. Thereafter, a cut-off instruction signal 20 is transmitted to a power source control circuit 18 by the CPU. Then, a power supply action with respect to a main circuit 5 is cut off by the control circuit 18.
