Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact board which can obtain good contact with an electrode on a circuit board to be inspected and which is low-cost. SOLUTION: A contact board is constituted in such a way that the rear of a terminal plate 1 and the surface of a support plate 4 are arranged so as to be faced via sponge rubber rings 5, that the terminal plate 1 is flexible, that inspection electrodes 2 which correspond to electrodes on a circuit board to be inspected and wiring patterns 3 which are connected to the inspection electrodes 2 are formed on the surface of the terminal plate 1 and the spring plungers 6 which can be moved to the vertical direction by springs are formed in positions corresponding to the inspection electrodes 2 on the surface of the terminal plate 1.
