Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat utilizing device for generator boiler with which layout of a combustion exhaust gas pipe and a combusting air pipe are most efficiently performed by the use of heat medium, recovered quantity of heat is adjusted for distribution, and energy is effectively utilized. SOLUTION: Combusting air of a boiler 11 and combustion exhaust gas at an inlet of a funnel are pre-heated by the use of combustion exhaust gas from the boiler 11. In such an exhaust heat utilizing system for a boiler, heat of the combustion gas which passes through a denitration device 12 is recovered by a heat medium. The recovered heat is distributed to pre-heating of combusting air of the boiler 11 and pre-heating to combustion exhaust gas at the inlet of the funnel.
