Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in rapid curability, storage stability and inner curability and suitable for adhesives, etc., by including specific silicone resins and a specific acrylic resin in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This silicone resin composition comprises (A) a silicone resin having trimethoxysilyl groups and/or triethoxysilyl groups as silicone reactive groups and having a main chain having a polyoxypropylene structure, (B) a silicone resin having methyldimethoxysilyl groups and/or methyldiethoxysilyl groups as silicone reactive groups and having a main chain having a polyoxypropylene structure, and (C) an acrylic resin containing 0.1-20wt.% of polyalkoxysilyl groups in the molecule and obtained by polymerizing one or more kinds of (1-20C alkyl) (meth)acrylate esters as a main component. The components A and B are compounded in an A/B weight ratio of (10-90)/(90-10), and the component C is compounded in an amount of 5-200wt.% based on the total amount of the components A and B.
