Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition that can be useful for diagnosis of the early step of Alzhemier's dementia by admixing a hypothalamic anterior pituitary hormone that can exert influence on mentation. SOLUTION: This composition contains a hypothalamic anterior pituitary hormone, namely growth hormone-releasing factor and somatostatin. This composition can be dosed at a peptide level of about 1-10μg/kg body weight intravenously or at about 5-50μg/kg body weight subcutaneously. In addition, this composition is preferably given every day depending on the objective effect and the dosage every 6 or 12 hours is also useful. The does of the composition enables the enhancement of human metation and the detection of senile dementia of Alzhemier type by observation of neuropsychiatric response and growth hormone response.
